Jifflenow: BCC Archive Email Support for All Outbound Notifications

    STAGE: Design
    TABLE OF CONTENTS:

Enterprise customers in regulated industries are required by internal information security policies to archive all external email communications to a designated company address. Until now, Jifflenow has lacked BCC capability, meaning every meeting-related email sent through the platform has bypassed these archiving mandates entirely. Jifflenow now supports a per-customer BCC configuration that automatically copies every outbound email, i.e., invitations, confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and notifications, to a designated archive address. This removes a critical compliance blocker for enterprise accounts and protects renewals in regulated industries.

      Key Highlights

Automatic BCC: Every outbound Jifflenow email, including invitations, confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and notifications, is automatically BCC'd to the customer's designated archive address when configured.

Invisible Archive: The BCC address is never visible to primary recipients, i.e., the To, CC, and email content remain completely unchanged for all attendees and users.

Full Coverage: BCC applies to both external attendee emails and internal user notifications, ensuring no outbound communication is missed in the archive.

CSM Configured: Customer Success Managers can enable and manage the BCC archive address directly from Company Basic Settings

      Why Does It Matter

Compliance Unblocked: Enterprise customers in regulated industries can now use Jifflenow without violating internal email archiving mandates, removing a security review blocker.

Enterprise Confidence: Delivering a capability required by regulated industries signals that Jifflenow is built for enterprise-grade security requirements, not just event logistics.

Zero Disruption: Enabling BCC requires no changes to email content, send logic, or the end-user experience; it is entirely invisible to meeting participants.

      Note

      • BCC configuration is enabled per customer account and is managed by the Customer Success Manager from Company Basic Settings.

      • No changes are made to the content, formatting, or delivery of emails to primary recipients when BCC is enabled.

      • Accounts without a BCC address configured are unaffected; existing email behavior remains unchanged.
