Coming soon, Jifflenow customers will be able to connect their event and meeting data directly to Claude without logging into the Jifflenow UI for routine lookups. Today, checking meeting statuses, slot availability, and schedule summaries means context-switching into the platform, navigating to the right view, and manually pulling data. With the Jifflenow MCP, customers install the Cvent Connector once and, from then on, can ask their AI assistant questions such as "How many meetings are still pending for the upcoming Event?" and receive an instant, accurate answer. This makes Jifflenow natively queryable from the AI tools your teams already use every day, eliminating repetitive lookups and keeping event coordinators, booth managers, and sales ops teams focused on higher-value work.

      Key Highlights

Self-Serve Setup: Customers can set up an AI-powered Jifflenow MCP using the setup guide, no support ticket or engineering help required.

API Key Management: A new API Access page in Jifflenow User Profile lets users generate and revoke API keys, giving full control over who can connect an AI assistant to their account.

Natural Language Queries: Once connected, users can ask their AI assistant questions in plain English about meetings, schedules, and event data. The AI calls Jifflenow tools automatically based on the question.

Claude Native: The MCP connector is built and tested for Claude Desktop at launch, with a copy-pasteable config snippet that gets you connected in minutes.

Read-Only by Design: All access is strictly read-only, enforced at the server level; no data can be modified through the AI assistant, regardless of what a user asks.

      Why Does It Matter

Zero Switching: Event coordinators and booth managers get instant answers in the tools they already have open, no separate login, no UI navigation, no manual export.

Faster Decisions: Real-time meeting pipeline data, confirmed, pending, and declined counts are available on demand, enabling faster follow-up and better day-of execution.

Reduced Tickets: Common "how do I check X?" questions become self-serve AI queries, reducing the support burden on both Jifflenow teams and internal ops staff.

Foundation Built: The v1 API key model and tool framework are designed to extend into write capabilities (create/update/cancel meetings) in a future release without rework.

      Note

The v1 MCP Server is scoped to read-only access, i.e., no meeting creation, updates, deletions, or notifications are included in this release.
