      Staff Activity will be available on the Jifflenow Mobile App, bringing the same powerful activity management capabilities that users rely on in the web platform directly to their mobile devices. Internal Attendees can view, take action on, and track activities in real time — right from the event floor.


      Key Highlights: 

      View Staff Activities: Users can browse all activities assigned to them within an event directly from the mobile app.

      • Activity Detail View: Tap into any activity to see full details, including time, location, description, and associated participants.

      • Accept/Decline Activities: Users can respond to activity assignments directly from their mobile devices, eliminating the need to log in to the web platform.

      • Check-In Attendees: Meeting Managers can check in participants to activities on the spot, streamlining on-floor operations.

      • Web-Parity Filters: All filters available in the Staff Activity web view are retained in the mobile experience, ensuring consistent usability across platforms.


      Why does it matter: 

      • Unified Management: Users can handle both meetings and activities from a single mobile instance, eliminating the need to switch between platforms mid-event.

      • On-Floor Efficiency: Real-time actions, such as check-in and no-show marking, reduce operational delays and enable faster, more accurate activity tracking during live events.


      Note:

      • The ability to create and edit activities from mobile is not included in this release.
