Jifflenow: Persistent Column Selection on All List Pages
Jifflenow's all list pages let users customize which columns appear in their lists. But until now, those preferences reset every time you navigated away from the page. This meant users had to repeatedly reselect and reorder columns, adding friction to an already busy workflow. Jifflenow now saves each user's column visibility and ordering preferences on the All list page, so their view is exactly where they left it every time they return. This applies across all list tabs — Meetings, Mappings, Sessions, Consecutive Meeting, Inbound Request, Share Links, and Staff Activities — giving every internal user a more consistent and efficient day-to-day experience.
Key Highlights
Saved Preferences: Column visibility and ordering selections on the All list page are now automatically saved per user across page navigation.
Tabs Covered: Persistence applies to list tabs: Meetings, Mappings, Sessions, Consecutive Meeting, Inbound Request, Share Links, and Staff Activities
Per-User Retention: Each user's selections are saved independently, so everyone can maintain their own preferred view without affecting colleagues.
Web Support: The feature is live on the Jifflenow web application, with Salesforce (SFDC) support planned in a follow-on MR release.
No Setup Required: Column preferences are automatically saved — users configure their view once, and it persists without any additional action.
Why Does It Matter
Less Repetition: Users no longer need to reselect and reorder columns when navigating away from and back to the All Meetings page.
Faster Navigation: With a persistent view, users can move between pages and return to their preferred list layout instantly, reducing setup time.
Consistent Experience: A stable, personalized column view means users can build a reliable workflow around how they see meeting data — no surprises after navigation.
Note
Currently available on the Jifflenow web application. SFDC support is scoped for a follow-on MR release.
No configuration is required — column preferences are saved automatically for each user.
