Jifflenow: Registration Status Filter in User Mangement
Coming soon, Meeting Managers(MM/admins) managing large Jifflenow events face a persistent challenge: there's no way to quickly see which attendees are registered versus unregistered directly in the User Management UI. Today, admins must manually scroll through long lists, rely on exports, and filter offline. Jifflenow is adding a dedicated Registration Status filter to the User Management UI, allowing admins to instantly narrow the attendee list to Registered, Unregistered, or Not Registered users with one click. This gives teams the precision they need to prioritize outreach, fix onboarding gaps, and keep headcounts accurate, without leaving the platform
Key Highlights
Status Filter: A new "Registration Status" filter appears in the User Management filter panel for both internal and external user views.
Three Values: The filter offers exactly three selectable states: Registered, Unregistered, and Not Registered, covering every possible integration-based registration state.
Instant Narrowing: Selecting a filter value immediately updates the user list to show only attendees matching that registration state
Composable Filtering: Registration Status works alongside all existing filters. Apply it in combination with role, name, or any other active filter to get a precisely intersected result set.
Why Does It Matter
No Exports: Admins no longer need to export attendee lists and filter them in spreadsheets just to see who is or isn't registered.
Faster Outreach: Admins can instantly surface unregistered attendees and act on them before the event, reducing last-minute scrambles.
Accurate Headcounts: Real-time filtering keeps event counts reliable throughout the registration lifecycle, not just at a single snapshot.
Broad Coverage: The filter applies to both internal and external attendee user lists, so admins get consistent visibility across all user types in one place.
Recurring Relief: This addresses a frequent support request, meaning customers have been asking for exactly this capability, it fills a known, validated gap.
Note
This filter is available in the Event User Management UI (web) for both internal and external user views.
The "Not Registered" state applies to users added to the system without a registration integration tag; it is distinct from "Unregistered."
The filter requires no additional configuration; it is visible to all logged-in admins with access to the User Management page.
