Media Library Folder Visibility
Folder visibility permissions let Admins control who can see specific folders and assets within the Media Library. Admins set visibility on a folder, so only select users, user groups, user roles, or event metadata can view it. By default, users with Media Library access can see all folders currently. Once visibility is configured, they will only see folders explicitly made visible to them.
Why It Matters: It solves a common customer pain point of keeping sensitive or irrelevant content out of view, so users only work with the folders and assets relevant to them.
Key Benefits
Targeted access: Configure visibility at the folder level to enhance security and streamline workflows
Reduced clutter: Prevent users from being overwhelmed by content that isn't relevant to their tasks
Better asset management: Improve organization of digital assets for a more efficient workflow
