New Website Designer
We’re reimagining how event websites get built, using AI to do the heavy lifting while you stay firmly in control.
AI Website Designer will let Splash users generate a high-quality, on-brand event website in minutes, instead of hours or days.
What are we building:
It starts with what you already know and have: your event details, your brand library, and your vision. Based on your inputs, AI Website Designer will generate a complete event page — layout plus copy — including core sections like navigation, cover, agenda, speakers, details, registration, footer, etc. Every AI output is grounded in your Brand Library, so the look and feel matches your approved colors, fonts, logos, and voice instead of a generic AI template. This makes it safe for brand-sensitive organizations and easier for admins to scale consistent experiences. For more control, you’ll still have quick manual options for layouts, color sets, spacing, and inline text edits on the canvas.
Who this is for:
Busy event organizers and occasional site builders who find the current CMS intimidating or time-consuming and just want a fast, professional, on-brand site.
Admins and power users who need guardrails, governance, and reusable AI-powered templates that can safely scale across many events and teams.
Teams that don’t always have in-house design or dev support, but still need great design and speed.
Why you should care:
Launch event sites faster: we’re targeting an 80% complete site from the AI flow so you can dramatically cut time to publish.
Do more with the team you have: organizers and non-technical users can create high-converting, brand-consistent sites without relying on designers or developers.
Modernize your web experience: as AI resets expectations for “fast and easy,” this brings an AI-first website creation experience directly into Splash and, over time, the broader Cvent ecosystem.
Stage: Development
We’re currently designing and validating the end-to-end AI creation and editing experience, with a target beta at the end of Q2 early Q3 2026.
