With this feature, there will be AI-powered chatbot in OnArrival, turning everyday questions like “What was peak check-in time?” or “Who is currently in Room 201?” into real-time insights and visualizations. This removes reliance on static dashboards and manual report-building, and anchors Cvent’s broader AI strategy directly in onsite execution.
This feature is designed for event planners and onsite teams who need immediate, operational visibility during live events while monitoring check-ins, room occupancy, and attendee movement, as well as for analytics-focused stakeholders who rely on flexible, ad hoc questions to understand trends, measure event performance, and conduct deeper post-event analysis.
