      Setting up check-in for an event should be straightforward — but as OnArrival grew, so did the settings page, making it harder to find the right controls and easy to miss important configurations. Settings 2.0 reorganises the entire experience into dedicated, focused pages so you can get your event set up faster and with more confidence.


      What's new

      • Check-in Features — Configure every step of your check-in flow — Terms & Conditions, Payments, Signatures, Photos, Messages, and Kiosk Guest Check-in — from a single, organised page. Toggle each step on or off and edit settings inline, with the same controls available at both the event and session level.

      • Advanced Settings — Verification options, Universal Check-In, attendee display preferences for admin mode, and session check-in window controls are now grouped in one place, keeping your everyday setup clean and focused.

      • Registration — Choose your onsite registration approach, manage which registration types can register at the door, and generate a self-service QR code so walk-in attendees can start registration on their own device.

      • Kiosk (OnArrival Premium) — Customise the attendee-facing kiosk experience — background images, welcome messages, search behaviour, and privacy disclosures — across three dedicated tabs.

      • Badge Settings — Set your default printer configuration and manage badge options from a dedicated section, so everything you need before doors open is easy to find.
