OnArrival SSO Enhancements (Android)

New SSO Login Method for OnArrival | Android

With this release, we will be introducing a new SSO login method using Organization ID for OnArrival on Android devices. This method already exists for app.cvent.com/Cvent Event Management & was previously released for the OnArrival iOS login, and support is now being added for the OnArrival Android login.

This enhancement means that if a user uses Organization ID to log into app.cvent.com/Cvent Event Management or on OnArrival on iOS devices, they will now be able to log into OnArrival on Android devices the same way.

• If a user currently uses SSO (domain name) to log into OnArrival, they will still be able to continue logging in with their current method

This update will streamline the login process across all Cvent platforms, providing a consistent experience for our users.
