      What you can do with the Support Capability:

      • Get instant, in-product answers from the Cvent Community knowledge base, without leaving your page. Answers cite the source so you can trust what you see.

      • Escalate to live chat when needed, with full context shared so you don’t have to repeat yourself.

      • Submit a case directly from the assistant—utilizing conversation details for faster resolution.

      • Request a callback from Support when that’s more convenient for you.

      • Share feedback (thumbs up/down and comments) to improve future answers.

      How it works

      • Context-aware assistance: The assistant understands where you are in Cvent, tailoring guidance to your task and maintaining context as you navigate in-session.

      • Seamless escalation: If the assistant can’t resolve your question, it offers a hand off to a human agent (when available) with your conversation and page context intact—minimizing rework and time to resolution.

      • Session-based history: Your conversation persists during the session so you can pick up where you left off while moving across planner pages.
