RFP Builder aims to intelligently pre-fill RFPs using planner-provided inputs and uploaded documents. By leveraging AI to interpret and extract relevant details from disparate sources, we enable planners to generate comprehensive RFPs quickly and with minimal manual effort. 

How it works

In the Create RFP section, you will see the chatbot that guides you step-by-step to capture all essential details for a ready-to-send RFP. Share event info by uploading a file (Pdf, excel, doc, txt) , pasting your requirements, or describing your needs in natural language.
