Seating in Attendee Hub
This update integrates our existing Seating feature into Attendee Hub's My Event experience, giving every attendee a reliable, always-available place to find their seat — without relying on a notification they may have missed or an email they've long since buried. Seating is consistently one of the highest sources of friction at in-person events, driving congestion at room entrances and a flood of "where am I sitting?" questions to on-site staff. This update turns a reactive, one-time notification into a proactive, self-serve resource attendees can return to whenever they need it.
Attendees will see a clear, up-to-date view of their table and seat assignments directly within My Event — the personalized hub they already use to track their day. Because this information stays in sync with the existing Seating plans, any last-minute changes planners make will be immediately reflected in the app, giving attendees confidence that what they're seeing is always current. For organizers, this means fewer logistical questions to manage on-site and a smoother flow through every room.
