Session custom fields in Abstract submission forms

When Content Managers are configuring submission forms in Abstract Management, they will be able to use the Session Custom Field library in their account to add fields to the submission form, rather than creating new fields specifically for use in Abstract Management. In addition to making the submission form configuration faster and more consistent, this will improve the data sync from Abstract Management to the event for approved submissions.
