Spend per Person Enhancements

We will be enhancing several aspects of the Spend Per Person capability within the Budget module, including Admin setup and association of registrants and invitees to budget items.

In the Admin area, we will be simplifying and better explaining how custom fields relating to certain people (like HCPs) can be set up in your account. We will also better explain the features enabled as a result of doing that setup within the Budget module and within reporting. In addition, we will be making several changes to the text and content throughout Cvent, to ensure consistent nomenclature around "Spend per person" is used, to aid in users' understanding of this feature.

We're also going to improve the way you associate spend to registrants. Within a particular event budget, we'll start showing more information related to each registrant and invitee. You'll be able to see more fields, like their company and email address, to make it easier for you to select the right people to associate spend.
