Support Attachments for Appointments

We have added the ability for planners to allow attachments for appointments for specific appointment type(s) they designate. Anyone who can create appointments will be able to add attachments and anyone who can view the appointments will be able to view the attached documents. This enhancement is helpful for planners using appointments to facilitate job fairs, buyer/seller programs, etc, to have additional information provided as part of the appointment.
