The new topic based networking feature within Appointments Premium lets attendees create and join small-group meetings around topics they actually care about, all within the times and locations you define. No more generic networking blocks or cold outreach. Attendees discover and browse available topic meetings directly in Attendee Hub app, pick what fits their interests and schedule, and show up ready for a real conversation.

For planners, there's no manual topic curation required. You configure the guardrails: time slots, locations, group rules, and capacity. Attendees do the rest inside the Attendee Hub app, where each topic-based meetup appears distinctly on their schedule alongside sessions and appointments. Planners get full visibility too, with these meetings tracked as a distinct meeting type in the Appointments Planner calendar so everything stays organized and measurable.
