Selecting and managing a physical booth is currently a manual and offline activity between planners and exhibitors. Exhibitors need a way to select their preferred booth location from the planner through the Exhibitor Portal, and to have these booth locations shared with attendees at the event.

With this update, planners can also define which booth locations specific exhibitors can choose through various configurable criteria.
