Train Travel Actuals

Building on our recent release to collect Train Requests, we are now allowing planners to import and track confirmed train bookings (“train actuals”) so they can see finalized rail itineraries alongside air and hotel.

Having these train actual values in Cvent helps drive accurate travel reporting and lets planners share up‑to‑date details with attendees via email and in the Attendee Hub event app.
