Workflow Configurations and Workflow Execution History Reports

With this release, we’re introducing two reports to empower admins to more easily troubleshoot and maintain their meetings management workflow: a Workflow Configurations report and a Workflow Execution History report.

The Workflow Configurations report provides admins with a consolidated export of all the workflows in their account along with their rules and actions, so admin teams can better understand, maintain, and troubleshoot their overall workflow in Cvent.

The Workflow Execution History report gives system admins self-service visibility into when workflow configurations fired, what triggered them, and the state of related objects so they can quickly answer “did my workflow fire, and why?”
