Attachments in Cvent's External Proposals

You can now add attachments to your External Proposals in Cvent! You can share supporting documents in your responses, such as hotel fact sheets, menus, brochures, portfolios, testimonials, and promotional materials, directly with planners.

These documents enhance your ability to stand out and provide planners with a more complete and comprehensive view of your venue or service being offered.

Key Capabilities

1. File Attachments: You can upload files when composing a response via External Proposals.

2. Shared with Planners: Attachments are delivered as part of the proposal package.

3. Manual Uploads Only: This feature supports files uploaded directly by the user—attachments from the content library are not supported in this release.
