Manage Your Supplier Profiles with Greater Flexibility

What it is:

Managing your supplier profiles is now easier and more flexible. Org admins can now temporarily hide a profile when it isn't available to receive new business or permanently delete profiles that are no longer part of their portfolio. We've also refreshed the Profiles Dashboard with an updated look, plus new search and filtering options to help you manage profiles more efficiently.

Why it matters:

Your business changes over time, and your supplier profiles should be able to adapt. Whether you're temporarily closing a location, managing capacity, or retiring a profile, you can keep your account accurate without disrupting active work. This helps ensure planners only discover and send RFPs to profiles that are ready to do business.

Benefits:

• Pause new business without disrupting existing work. Hide a profile when a location is temporarily unavailable due to renovations, seasonal closures, capacity limits, or other reasons. Existing quotes, messages, and projects remain unchanged.

• Keep your account organized. Permanently remove profiles that are no longer part of your portfolio, helping keep your account up to date.

• Manage profiles faster. Use the refreshed Profiles Dashboard to quickly search for profiles and filter by visibility status.

• Stay in control. Hidden profiles can be made visible again at any time by an org admin when they're ready to receive new RFPs.
