Multiple Profile Access for Reposite Supplier Accounts

We’re excited to announce that supplier organizations with an active premium subscription can now manage multiple profiles within a single Reposite account. This enhancement includes a new Profiles dashboard, consolidated account-level views for Quotes and Users, and an improved workspace for day-to-day management. 

Key Highlights: 

• Profiles Dashboard: Premium Supplier accounts can now create and manage multiple profiles, each supporting various categories. Organizations with a single profile will continue with their current experience.

• Account-Level Views: New Quotes and Users tabs provide a comprehensive view across all profiles, with quick filtering and clear visibility into which profiles each user can access.

• User Access Updates: The roles within your organization have been updated. “Owners” are now called “Admins,” and “Members” are now “Full access” users. Admins can access all profiles and manage user access permissions.

• Subscription Details: The multi-profile feature is available exclusively to Premium Supplier accounts. Small and Medium Business (SMB) accounts will continue with single-profile access. If you’re interested in upgrading, you’ll see an in-app prompt to learn more and contact our team.

• Data Management: Payments are managed at the organization level, while most other data remains profile-specific.

• Planner Experience: When planners search for suppliers, each profile will be listed individually, even if they belong to the same organization.
