Remove User Access
Expected Release Date: 05/20/2026
What’s Changed: Supplier organization admins can now remove a user either from a single profile or from the entire organization, depending on the level of access they want to revoke.
A new Remove User action is available in the Users table at both the organization and profile level. Only admins can perform these actions. Once a user is removed, they immediately lose access to the organization or profile that was removed.
Benefits: This update gives you a simpler way to keep user access up to date and make sure the right people have access to the right supplier profiles. Y
ou can remove access more precisely when someone no longer needs visibility into one profile, or fully remove them from your organization when needed.
More control: Remove access at the profile level without affecting a user’s access to other profiles in the same organization.
Cleaner account management: Remove a user from the entire organization and all associated profiles in one step.
Immediate effect: Access is removed as soon as the change is made.
User Permissions & RFP Responder for Reposite Vendors
Expected Release Date: Out Now
Overview:
With the initial release of Supplier Profile Hierarchy, you gained the ability to manage multiple profiles within a single account.
This upcoming release adds user-level permissions and a dedicated RFP Responder role, making it easier for you to assign quote ownership by profile while keeping sensitive settings in the right hands.
What’s Changed:
Admin and Full Access roles:
If you’re an admin, you can view all profiles and quotes, and manage users, payments, integrations, and templates. If you have Full Access, you can work only within the profiles assigned to you and cannot update organization-wide settings.Profile-specific RFP Responder assignment:
Admins can designate users as RFP Responders for specific profiles through both organization-level and profile-level user management flows.Quote activity notifications:
Quote activity notifications are sent to designated RFP Responders. If you are not assigned as a responder, including if you’re an admin, you will not receive quote activity alerts by default.Digest emails remain unchanged:
There are no changes to daily or weekly digest email notifications.
Benefits:
Clearer ownership: You can assign quote responsibility at the profile level so the right team members are tied to the right work.
Better control: User-level permissions help you limit access to sensitive organization settings while still giving team members the access they need.
More relevant notifications: Quote activity alerts go to the users designated to respond, helping reduce unnecessary noise.
Improved team efficiency: With permissions and responder roles aligned by profile, your team can work more confidently across multiple profiles in one account.
