Overview:

Reposite is now integrated with Tripleseat, the leading event management platform used by restaurants and venues. This integration creates an automated, two-way connection between Reposite RFPs and your Tripleseat leads and events, so you can manage incoming opportunities without ever leaving Tripleseat. No more manual data re-entry, no more delayed responses, and full visibility into RFPs and proposals in one place.

Key Benefits: 

• Automatic Lead Creation: When a planner sends you an RFP through Reposite, a lead is instantly created in Tripleseat and sourced as "Cvent Vendor Marketplace," so new opportunities are ready to act on right away.

• Two-Way RFP Sync: RFP updates, including cancellations, awards, and status changes, flow between Reposite and Tripleseat in real time, keeping both systems always in sync.

• Proposal Visibility: Proposals you create and send from Tripleseat are surfaced directly in Reposite threads, giving you and your clients a clear, connected view of every conversation.

• Thread Sync: Discussion threads started in Tripleseat sync back to the associated Reposite RFP thread, so all communication stays organized and accessible in both platforms.

• Easy Setup: Eligible suppliers can enable or disable the integration directly from Reposite's integration page, no IT support needed.

Prerequisites

• Must have an active Reposite Premium or SMB subscription to enable the integration.

• Must have an active Restaurant, Hotel, or Venue supplier profile on Reposite.

• Only Admin users can authorize the integration and complete profile-to-location mapping from the Reposite Integrations page before any syncing begins.
