Modular Program/RFP Setup

What's Changed: We’re introducing Program Setup Modularity in Cvent Transient, giving Hotel Admins and National Account Managers (NAMs) more control over how they configure non-certified RFP/RFI bid workflows.

You can now choose which GBTA-aligned modules appear in the Program Setup for non-certified RFPs, including the ability to unselect:

• Property Basic

• Client Specific

• Safety and Security

• Corporate Social Responsibility

You already had the option to remove Groups and Meetings, Extended Stay, and Blackout Date modules. With this update, you gain even more flexibility to tailor the entire setup to your specific program needs.

Benefit: This update helps you streamline the RFP setup experience so hotel property users only see what really matters for your program.

Key benefits include:

• Simplified bid workflow – Hide modules that don’t apply to your program so property users can move through the RFP faster.

• Fewer irrelevant fields – Eliminate extra questions and reduce the amount of information properties need to complete.

• More flexibility and control – Configure non-certified RFP/RFI setup to match your organization’s standards and priorities.
