Property details in bid negotiations

What’s Changed:

You can now view property information directly in the bid negotiation workflow. Buyers can review a hotel’s submitted property details alongside rates and terms, and hotel users can access the Property Information tab throughout negotiation.

The information is read-only by default. Hotel users can edit it when a program or RFP requirement changes and additional property information is needed.

Benefit:

You and your hotel partners can review the full bid in one place, without exporting bid details to find property information. Keeping the information available during negotiation also makes it easier to answer questions and move toward agreement.

• Buyers can compare property details with rates and terms in the bid view.

• Hotel users can refer to submitted property information during negotiation.

• Both sides can handle property questions in the workflow, with fewer exports and follow-ups.
