Add Comments to Initial Bids

What's Changed:

Hotels can now add comments directly to their initial bid response in RFP Publisher. The Proposal Comments panel is available from the start of the bid process, instead of only after a proposal enters negotiation.

You can use comments to explain a rate, flag a condition, or share context that the bid details alone don’t capture. Each comment can be kept internal for your team or marked as an “External comment” to share it with the buyer.

When a buyer reviews the submitted proposal in Manage Program, they can see comments marked external and reply to them—so the conversation can begin before negotiation.

Give buyers the context they need earlier and keep your team aligned throughout the bid process. You can explain your offer, communicate important conditions, and address questions without waiting for a negotiation round.

• Reduce back-and-forth by clarifying rates and conditions up front.
