• The new smart fit signals show whether your property meets the RFP’s peak room night and largest meeting space requirements at a glance.

• The guest room signal compares the RFP’s peak room nights to your property's total guest room count from your Cvent Supplier Network profile.

• The meeting space signal compares the RFP’s estimated largest meeting space to your property's largest meeting room also from your Cvent Supplier Network profile.

• Additional data points now included on each RFP Insight:

  • Number of nights at peak room capacity

  • All requested room types (e.g., run of house, double, single)

  • Estimated largest meeting space calculated by Cvent based on the RFP’s total attendee count
