RFP Insights: Citywide RFP Indicators

What's Changed: RFP Insights now clearly flags citywide RFPs so you can quickly recognize large group business opportunities and respond with the right bidding strategy. This update is available to all GPI and CventOne Customers.

Here's what's new:

• A “Citywide” tag appears next to the RFP name in both the RFP Insights modal and the Manage RFPs list whenever the planner has marked the RFP as citywide.

• For citywide RFPs, capacity fit signals are replaced with a “Partial bids accepted” indicator, making it clear the event is intended to be split across multiple properties.

• The RFP lead catcher email now includes the citywide designation so your team can spot these high-value opportunities right from their inbox.

Benefit: This update makes it easier to spot and prioritize citywide opportunities and tailor your response strategy accordingly.

With these new indicators, you can:

• Quickly identify citywide RFPs in both RFP Insights and Manage RFPs, without digging into details.

• Avoid confusion around capacity fit by seeing “Partial bids accepted” for citywide events that are meant to be split across multiple properties.

• Align sales and revenue teams faster by surfacing the citywide designation directly in the RFP lead catcher email.
