What is the Planners To Meet Expansion Part 2?

You'll now be able to see even more Planners To Meet, who are extremely qualified for your major metropolitan area (MMA)! This expansion will include your competing MMAs, which are destinations that receive the most RFPs that were also sent to your MMA.

• After this change, you will be able to see planners that have sourced RFPs in a total of 11 MMAs:

  • You own MMA

  • The 5 closest surrounding MMAs

  • (NEW) The top 5 competing MMAs

    • If a top 5 competing MMA is ALSO one of your surrounding 5 MMAs, the system will skip over that one and choose the next from the list.

    • If your MMA receives a very low amount of RFPs also sent to other MMAs, you may not see a significant change in your number of planners to meet. We want to do our best to ensure that the leads you receive are relevant to your venue. 

• You will now be able to view which MMAs they have access to via a banner at the top of the Planners To Meet tab, as shown below:

  

  • Property User View:

    

  • Above Property User View (APUs can select any venue within their portfolio and view their nearby and competing MMAs):

Why did we make this change?

• We know how important it is to you to find more qualified leads. We heard from you that our first Planners To Meet expansion was successful last year, and we want to continue that growth to empower you to find more prospects.

Who does this change impact?

• This feature is available for all Planner Navigator Users.
