We're excited to announce a new feature for our Group Pipeline Intel and Cvent One solution packages: Response Assistant!

What is Response Assistant?

Previously known as, Custom Question Assistant, the Response Assistant leverages AI to auto-generate answers to RFP custom questions. It analyzes the last 13 months of proposal responses, your venue profile data, and the RFP details to provide a response to applicable questions on the Additional Questions step of the Proposal Wizard.

We've renamed Custom Question Assistant to Response Assistant to signify our commitment to streamlining the entire proposal process. Stay tuned for future enhancements.

Why did we create this?

Planners often ask many custom questions on their RFPs that you or your team are required or encouraged to answer, which can be a time-consuming task. The Response Assistant is designed to significantly reduce the time dedicated to this part of the proposal process, allowing you to spend more time personalizing your overall response to sell your property and the experience you can offer.

What are the most important things to know about this release?

• The Response Assistant can be accessed on the Additional Questions step of the Proposal Wizard

• To use this feature, simply select "Generate responses", as shown in the image below

• The Response Assistant can answer all question types

• After generating responses, it will indicate the number of questions it successfully answered

• There are a few reasons why it may be unable to provide responses including:

  • Lack of previous response data

  • The answer field was not blank

  • It has been instructed not to answer this type of question
