Cvent Smart Custom Proposals Download

Download your beautifully designed Smart Custom Proposals to PDF.

Expected Release Date: 15 January, 2025

By the end of January, all suppliers and planners who use the Cvent Supplier Network will be able to download Smart Custom Proposal responses to PDF files. To leverage this new enhancement, use the existing Download Proposal button in the proposal details view. If a Smart Custom Proposal is not attached to a response, a basic proposal will download to PDF. The Word download feature remains unchanged.

Note: This is the initial version of the Smart Custom Proposal download feature and PDF formatting will be enhanced in future versions.

Most valuable things to know about this enhancement:

• Smart Custom Proposals can now be downloaded to a PDF

• The PDF respects the unique Smart Custom Proposal template theming and customization

• Smart Custom Proposal download is for logged in users only

• Planners using Cvent's White Label RFP Form and External Proposals users are not included

• Smart Custom Proposal download is initiated using the existing buttons planners and suppliers already use
