What's new?

Building reports that meet your specific needs can be time-consuming and require technical expertise. With our new seven advanced templates in Cvent Supplier Network Business Intelligence (BI), you’ll get decision-ready insights in minutes, then fine-tune as needed, and cut the effort it takes to build reports from scratch.

Why does it matter?

• These advanced templates are designed to reduce the time and expertise required to build effective BI reports, helping you find actionable wins faster.

• With quicker access to curated insights, your team can make data-driven decisions at both the property and portfolio levels, leveraging BI to monitor performance, competitive position, and real-time group RFP trends.

• The templates reflect the most requested metrics and groupings—like awarded RFP count, year-over-year awarded RFP count, conversion rate, industry vertical, market segment, and peak room nights—so you see familiar KPIs and slices without extra configuration.

What is changing?

• Default date range uses the Received Date and is set to year-to-date (YTD) instead of the previous "last 365 days" in our existing templates.

• For all awarded calculations, the time window will be based on Received Date, instead of Awarded Date, to better align pipeline and conversion views.

• You will have the option to save these advanced templates as modified reports for additional customization.

• The existing basic templates will remain available to ensure no disruption to your saved reports.
