Content Management Update

We’re excited to share that new enhancements to the Cvent Transient Static Content Management experience are now available! These updates are designed to make it faster, easier, and more reliable for you to manage your property’s information.

What’s New

• Seamless Workflow
  Static content is now integrated directly into the RFP bid process, so you no longer need to switch between systems.

• Reduced Data Entry
  When your property profile is complete, static content will automatically populate in your bids—helping ensure consistency and saving you valuable time.

• Improved Visibility
  Property users, National Account Managers (NAMs), and Hotel Admins can now review and update static content as part of the bid workflow.

• Future-Ready Features
  We’re also working on upcoming enhancements that will allow you to reload content and update bid information across profiles.

Who Can Edit Content?

• Property Users

• National Account Managers (NAMs)

• Hotel Admins

These users can access and edit static content based on their permissions. Even users with limited profile access can update the sections they’re authorized to manage.
