Calendar Display Optimization for Supply-Side Portal

We’re committed to delivering a seamless experience for our supply-side partners. Based on your feedback, we’ve optimized the calendar display in the portal to improve performance and reliability. This update is available now.

What’s new?

Some users previously encountered login issues and an “Oops” error when the “View Corporate Transient & Consortia RFPs” calendar gadget was enabled—especially in domains with a high volume of bids. To address this, we’ve made the following updates:

• The calendar gadget is now turned off by default for all existing users.

• New users will no longer see the calendar gadget by default in their portal.

• If you’d like to use the calendar, you can easily enable it anytime from your profile settings.

Why it matters

These enhancements help prevent login errors and ensure a more stable portal experience, while still giving you the flexibility to access the calendar view when needed.

What you need to do

No action is required unless you want to use the calendar feature. To enable it, simply go to MyProfile → Add/Remove Gadgets on your Home Page.
