Expanding on the current Custom Question Assistant, the new Response Assistant will also use AI to expedite Meeting Space Assignment on RFP Responses, helping you reply faster and win more business. Upload a document with pre-assigned spaces from your hotel system or have Cvent's Assistant suggest spaces based on your venue profile's meeting space capacity and historical responses. Review and modify suggestions as needed.

Event Diagramming (Social Tables)

AI BEO Uploader

We're excited to announce the next phase of our AI BEO Uploader feature, designed to streamline your event planning process even further. Building on the current feature, which enabled users to upload their Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and auto-populate event details, this next phase takes it a step further by automatically adding relevant diagrams from the property. This enhancement saves you time by eliminating the need to manually search for and input diagram details like date and time—letting you focus on delivering exceptional events.
