Expanding on the current Custom Question Assistant, the new Response Assistant will also use AI to expedite Meeting Space Assignment on RFP Responses, helping you reply faster and win more business. Upload a document with pre-assigned spaces from your hotel system or have Cvent's Assistant suggest spaces based on your venue profile's meeting space capacity and historical responses. Review and modify suggestions as needed.

Room Categories

We’ve consistently heard from hotels that the physical guest room types in a hotel’s inventory system are not organized in a way you'd like to present to your attendees. We are excited to solve this problem with the introduction of Room Categories. Now you can create custom room categories to group multiple room types together reducing the number of options displayed to attendees. This greatly simplifies the booking process by eliminating manual reconciliation of room types for "run-of-house" bookings.
