Decoupling Billing Fields When Bulk Editing Rooming Lists

Overview

Earlier this year, Passkey standardized its credit card forms across the platform to align with the latest PCI guidelines for a consistent and secure experience. While the unified payment form improved security, it initially limited users’ ability to update individual billing fields within a reservation.

The latest enhancement restores that flexibility while preserving the security and compliance benefits of the standardized form.

With this update, users can now update all billing information when processing reservations in the Room List Manager (RLM)—either on a single reservation or via bulk editing across some or all reservations in a list.

Benefit

• Apply billing updates once across multiple reservations via bulk edit—or handle a single reservation inline in RLM—to eliminate repetitive work.

• Edit specific billing fields independently from credit card details, so you don’t need to re-enter card information just to correct an address or phone number.
