Passkey Planner Portal - Event Summary

Expected Release Date: Rolling out starting 01/28/2026

What's Changed: Event-level planners and sub-block group contacts can now easily share or download summaries of their closed events from the new Passkey Planner Portal. This feature allows you to send event summaries to external stakeholders who do not have Planner Portal accounts, modernizing the previous “Event Certificate” functionality.

How To Access: While viewing the Event Overview screen for a closed event, click the "View event summary" link. A window will appear displaying key event metrics such as pickup, rooms per night, and booking pace.

• To share the summary, click "Share link" to generate a URL that can be sent to anyone. Recipients do not need a Planner Portal account, and access is limited to the event summary only.

• To download the summary, click "Download" to generate a PDF with the key metrics, which you can then share via email or other methods.
