Manage Room Category Images

What's Changed: Cvent Passkey now allows event organizers and hotel partners using Room Categories to manage room images at the category level instead of relying on a single room type’s images.

Previously, images shown on the booking site were automatically pulled from the room type selected by the system based on sell order within the category, which could lead to confusion when room layouts or bedding varied across room types.

With this release, event owners can:

• Select specific images from all room types within a Room Category.

• Control the display order of those images on the booking site.

This gives organizers more control over what attendees see throughout the online booking experience.

Benefit: This enhancement helps ensure that the images displayed for a Room Category more accurately represent the overall experience attendees can expect.
