What's new?

• Turn insights into action with Estimated Revenue in Planners You Know and Organizations You Know! See estimated revenue totals based on your current filters, split into Estimated RFP Average Spend, Estimated F&B Spend, and Estimated Room Night Spend, plus new columns in Planners You Know showing estimates for each RFP. Spot high‑value opportunities and organizations faster and focus where it counts.

  Note: Estimated revenue is calculated using industry-wide averages for the event period and serves as directional guidance, not actual revenue for a specific planner or RFP.

• Winning prospecting is about focusing your time where it counts. With estimated revenue insights, you can instantly spotlight the organizations and planners with the highest potential and focus your relationship-building efforts where they deliver the biggest impact.

• This feature is available for all Planner Navigator users

New Awarded filters & Planner Overview fields

What's new?

• Filters: There is now an "Awarded" toggle under the Location and Venue filter section under Planners. You can now switch between sourcing and awarding filters for planners for the following 3 filters:

  • Metro Area

  • Competitive Set

  • Chain Scales

• Detailed View: Within a planner's detailed view, you can view the same information. Toggling between sourced and awarded lets you view the planner's sourcing/awarding behavior.

  

Why does it matter?

• Go beyond sourcing behavior to see real awarding behavior. Now you can filter to planners who not only considered venues in your selection, but actually awarded business, so you can prioritize those most likely to convert for your hotel type or market.

• This feature is available for all Planner Navigator users

New Venue Type and Area Filters

What's new?

• Filters: New Planner filters allow you to filter for planners who source RFPs to specific venue types or areas. Now, you can filter by the following sourcing behavior:

  • Venue Type: Convention center, resort, golf course, etc.

  • Venue Area: Airport, Urban, Suburban, etc.

    

Why does it matter?

• Find your perfect‑fit prospects faster. These new filters help you zero in on planners who typically source for venues like yours, by venue type, market, or location, so your outreach hits the mark.

Who does it impact?

• This feature is available for all Planner Navigator users
