Planner Navigator: Organizations You Know

What's new?

We are introducing a new tab in Planner Navigator called "Organizations You Know". This tab will display every planner organization that has sent you an RFP.

• Organizations that most recently sent you an RFP will be prioritized in the results.

• Each organization has an associated Market Segment and Industry, as well as a Direct vs. Third-party indicator. Direct organizations source events on behalf of the same organization they work for, while Third-party organizations source events on behalf of a different organization.

• Filters: You will be able to filter by Organizations and RFPs, similar to the filters you're used to on Planners to Meet and Planners You Know.

  

• Detailed Page: Clicking the name of an organization will take you to the organization's detailed view. You will only be able to see data for RFPs that were sent directly to your venue(s).

  • Business Card: A business card contains high-level information about an organization, such as its industry/market segment and the number of RFPs it has received/awarded. You can also view trends in their sourcing to you in the “At a Glance” section. This section compares the last 365 days of business with the prior 365 days of business and identifies trends across those two periods.

    

  • Your RFP Overview: Your RFP Overview gives you a breakdown of how this organization sources to you.

    

  • Trends: Trends provides a graphic of outcomes of the RFPs the organization has sent you over the years. Clicking on a specific status in the legend will filter that status out so you can view specific subsets of RFP statuses.

    • Note:

      • RFPs are aggregated by the date they were received. For example, an RFP that was sent to you in 2022 and awarded in 2023 will count towards 2022.

      • Above Property Users can see this section as well and will be able to see each status separated by venue.

        

  • Planners/RFPs Tables: At the bottom of the page, you can view data from this organization: Planners that have sent you RFPs (Planners You Know), planners that have shared RFPs with you (Planners to Meet), RFPs you’ve received (Your RFPs), and RFPs that have been shared with you (Shared RFPs).

    
    

Why are we making this change?

We've heard from you that you often want to prospect at the organization level rather than at the individual planner level. This feature gives you the flexibility to tailor your prospecting efforts to your preferred approach. It enables you to focus on building and prioritizing relationships with organizations you're already familiar with, easily access valuable insights about each organization, and create a more targeted approach when interacting with planners.

Who will see this change?

This feature will be available to all users.
