Planner Navigator - Recommended Planners

This latest release of Planner Navigator introduces a new feature called Recommended Planners.

Expected Release Date: December 4th, 2024

What are Recommended Planners?

In addition to helping you draft emails, the Planner Navigator Prospecting Assistant will now find the best leads for you with Recommended Planners. When logging into Planner Navigator, you will see a new "Recommended Planners" section on the dashboard containing suggested planners specific to you. This feature will save you a significant amount of time when prospecting. In this release, there will be 6 different buckets of planners, which will reset upon each login.

1. Sourced competitive set recently (Property Level Users Only) (Planners You Know and Planners to Meet)

2. New to your MMA (Property Level Users Only) (Planners You Know and Planners to Meet)

3. Top Sourcers (Planners You Know and Planners to Meet)

4. Likely to source soon (Planners You Know and Planners to Meet)

5. Sent an RFP Recently (Planners You Know and Planners to Meet)

6. Recent Missed Opportunities (Planners You Know and Planners to Meet)

Why should you use Recommended Planners?

We've heard from you that prospecting, specifically determining which prospects you should reach out to on the highest priority, is time-consuming. With this feature, Planner Navigator will prospect for you and serve up the best planners that you should reach out to based on the details we have about your venue and the planner's sourcing tendencies.

Tip: Save even more time by also using our other Prospecting Assistant feature, the AI Writing Assistant. After finding the best planners, quickly craft an outreach message with our AI Writing Assistant through the Email button.
