RFP Insights for GPI and CventOne Customers

What's New?

We are excited to introduce RFP Insights, a new feature designed to streamline the evaluation process for suppliers by providing essential information about incoming RFPs at a glance. This enhancement will allow suppliers to quickly assess the quality of leads for their hotels without navigating through multiple tabs.

Who does this impact?

• This feature is designed for suppliers utilizing the GPI or CventOne bundle, offering them a more efficient way to manage RFPs.

Key Features

• RFP Insights is accessible from the Manage RFPs page via the drop-down next to each RFP. Soon, it will also be available through a convenient lightbulb icon adjacent to the RFP name.

• When clicked, the View Insights option provides a pop-up detailing information, such as:

  • RFP Details: View event dates, response and decision deadlines, total attendees, room nights, and meeting space requirements.

  • Planner Insights: Discover planner names, organizations, and access profiles through Planner Navigator if available. See RFP history with your hotel and brand, and assess the geographical proximity of venues sourced for this RFP.

  • Estimated RFP Value: Evaluate potential value based on CSN averages relative to RFP size.

  • Competitive Analysis: Compare demand and open opportunities against competitors, with links for deeper insights if positive figures are present.

• From the pop-up, you can easily favorite, decline, or create a proposal for the RFP.

Why are we making this change?

• We have listened to feedback from our users about the need for a more efficient way to prospect at the organization level. RFP Insights empowers suppliers to make informed decisions quickly, enhancing their ability to build relationships and tailor their approach to planners and organizations effectively.
