      My Appointments Page in Attendee Hub Web

      What's Changed: The Attendee Hub web experience will now include a new, unified, and interactive My Appointments page. This page offers seamless filtering, intuitive navigation, and comprehensive status tracking for attendees and booth staff. It is available for Appointment Premium only and is accessible to attendees permitted to schedule or receive appointments.

      Benefit: This enhancement streamlines appointment management, making it easier for attendees to track, respond to, and manage their appointments. The improved organization and visibility help attendees stay on top of their schedules, reduce missed opportunities, and foster better engagement with exhibitors and other attendees.

      Enhanced Login Timeout Options

      What's Changed: Login timeout settings are now unified across Attendee Hub's Web and App experiences. Previously, the web supported a maximum of 24 hours of inactivity before logout, while the app allowed up to 30 days. Now, both platforms honor the same account-configured timeouts, up to 30 days.

      Benefit: Add a short description of the feature. Clearly explain how the improvement will enhance the user's experience and quantify the improvement if possible.

      Enhanced Homepage Customization

      What's Changed: You now have additional configuration options to promote individual items on the Attendee Hub homepage. Each custom card or system-generated card (such as games, surveys, or appointments) now appears as a full-width section, and planners can customize labels, descriptions, images, and buttons.

      Benefit: This update gives you more control over how critical content is presented, making it easier to capture attendees' attention and drive engagement. The improved clarity and visual appeal help optimize event ROI and attendee navigation.

      Attendee Hub Event App Updates

      See a summary of the app enhancements that have been rolled out in each release window here.

      Remember, Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday after this release date, you will not see these new features until Monday after the release. This is to ensure we are not releasing features into active, ongoing events.

      Decline Invitations Feature for Webinar and Essentials

      What's Changed: New Decline Invitation feature for Webinar and Essentials, making it easier than ever for invitees to communicate their attendance decisions and for organizers to plan with confidence.

      • Simple Decline Process: Invitees can now decline event registration invitations directly from their email using a dedicated link, which leads to a confirmation page.

      • User-Friendly Experience: The confirmation page displays the invitee’s email, confirms their decision, and offers an option to register later if they change their mind.

      • Automatic Inclusion: The decline option is automatically included in all invitation emails—no setup required by planners or organizers.

      • Quick Insights: New status options in the attendee list make it easy to track declined invitations. Organizers can view the total number of declines at the top of the attendee list page for faster, data-driven decision-making.

      Benefit: You can easily see who plans to attend, which allows you to plan your event more accurately, reduce unnecessary follow-ups, and focus on engaging interested attendees.
