Attendee Engagement Releases for October 7, 2026

Attendee Hub

Connections: Expanded Options & Attendee Controls for Contact Details Shared

What's Changed: Attendees can now choose to share their mobile or work phone number when connecting, connect without sharing contact details, and see LinkedIn profiles on digital contact cards alongside email and phone information.  

Benefit: Attendees gain more control over what they share, making it easier to build meaningful connections and follow up after an event. No new planner setup is required when Connections is enabled.

Connections: Push Notifications

What's Changed: Attendees will receive push notifications when someone sends them a connection request and when a request they sent is accepted. Notifications link directly to the relevant attendee profile, while in-app alerts provide a fallback when push notifications are disabled.

Benefit: Attendees can respond to connection opportunities in the moment, making networking feel faster and more seamless. Planners can benefit from higher request acceptance and more contact details being shared, with no additional setup required when Connections is enabled.

Promote Agenda Builder and Network Builder

What's Changed: Planners can now link directly to Agenda Builder and Network Builder from home page sections, quick links, banners, event ads, and notifications in the Attendee Hub mobile app.

Benefit: Attendees can more easily discover personalized session recommendations, build stronger schedules, and find relevant people to connect with. Planners have more flexibility to promote these experiences and encourage adoption throughout the event journey.

2. Data Privacy Templates: Standard Events New Expected Release: 9/16/2026

Remember, Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday after this release date, you will not see these new features until Monday after the release. This is to ensure we are not releasing features into active, ongoing events.
