Introducing Vendor Marketplace Reports
Expected Release Date: 06/03/2026
What's New:
You now have access to an enhanced reporting experience in Vendor Marketplace powered by Reposite, making it easier to create flexible, customizable vendor reports.
Pre-requisites
Accounts and users must have access to both Supplier app and Reposite
Accounts and users must have Reposite SSO enabled
Step by Step:
Go to Sourcing > Reports.
Select Create Report, or choose a ready-to-use template for Commission, Costing, or Request for Proposal (RFP) reports.
Choose the data you want to include, such as Project, RFP, Quote, or Client information.
Refine your report using sorting, grouping, filtering, and review options.
Review your report setup, then run the report or export it when you are ready.
Save reports, use standard templates, or schedule reports for repeatable reporting needs.
You can also start from Project- and RFP-level entry points within Reposite to quickly access Costing Sheet, Commission, or Create Custom Report flows.
Benefits:
You can quickly get started with ready-to-use templates for Commission, Costing, and RFP reports, or create a custom report based on your specific needs.
With support for Project, RFP, Quote, and Client data, you can build reports using the information most relevant to you, then refine the output before running or exporting.
You can also save reports, use standard templates, and schedule recurring reports to support repeatable workflows.
Access to reports continues to follow your existing Reposite permission settings, so you only see the data you are allowed to view.
This enhanced reporting experience gives you more flexibility and control when creating vendor reports.
Cvent Passkey
Processing Fees Now Appear in Included Fees
Expected Release Date: 06/03/2026
What's Changed: Passkey is updating the attendee booking site so processing fees now appear in the Included Fees section of the Reservation Summary. Previously, that fee appeared separately below the Grand Total. This update affects attendees reviewing booking costs during checkout and creates a more consistent view of charges in the Reservation Summary.
Benefit: This change makes booking costs easier to understand at a glance by grouping processing fees with other included charges in one place. You get a cleaner, more organized summary during checkout, which can help reduce confusion about how the total cost is calculated.
Upload Room Category Images
Expected Release Date: 06/03/2026
What's Changed: Passkey now lets event owners upload images directly to a room category instead of only selecting from images already tied to individual room types. These uploads can be added from a computer at both the hotel library level and the event setup level, giving planners, hotels, and event organizers more control over how room categories appear on the booking site.
Benefit: You can now present room categories more clearly and consistently, so attendees get a better sense of what to expect before they book.
Choose images that best represent each room category.
Set the display order for category images.
Help reduce mismatched expectations during the booking experience.
Integrated Hotel Reservation Alerts
Expected Release Date: 06/03/2026
What's Changed: We’re introducing a Hotel Reservation Notification campaign for integrated hotels in Passkey. This update is designed to help event planners communicate more effectively with participating hotels about non-processed reservations, so important bookings are less likely to be missed or delayed.
The update adds more precise hotel targeting, richer reservation-focused message content with setup guidance, a refreshed template for reservation-related communications, and reporting in the Campaigns Report.
Benefit: This update helps you send the right reservation notifications to the right hotel partners with clearer guidance on what action to take. In practice, that means fewer missed follow-ups, less risk of delayed bookings, and better visibility into how your communications are performing.
Target specific hotels when a reservation notification is needed.
Use updated, reservation-focused content that gives hotels clearer next steps.
Track notification activity in the Campaigns Report.
