  • NEW News Bundle for Trade Show Solutions - In July, we added the Trade Show Solutions news bundle -- this email bundle covers updates for both Jifflenow and iCapture. So, if you want Trade Show Solutions news and aren't currently receiving this email bundle, you should re-visit your Product News subscription preferences (choose Manage Subscription from the home page) and add the Jifflenow/iCapture product categories to your areas of interest. You can update your product categories anytime to customize and control your emails. Trade Show Solutions VIDEO.

  • Tips to Manage Product News Email Volume - If you’re currently subscribed to Product News emails and don’t want news on ALL Cvent products (aka, you don't want to receive 6 news release email bundles at a time), you can customize your subscription. To do this, go to the Product News home page, select “Manage Subscription,” and then select only your product interest areas--which could reduce the number of emails you receive. For example, if you don't need info on Trade Show Solutions, then deselect Jifflenow and iCapture. Then you will no longer receive the Trade Show Solutions news bundle -- which equals one less email. We're exploring other ways to format our emails, so stay tuned.

  • Technical Marketo Integration Reminder - If you have a Marketo Launchpoint integration, remember to reauthenticate by November 15 to avoid service disruption. If you aren't the integration expert for your account, please pass this important message along to the right technical subject matter expert/admin.
