Create Webinars and Essential Events via Meeting Request Form

What’s Changed: Webinar and Essentials users can now create events directly from a Meeting Request Form, which automatically converts approved or submitted requests into the appropriate event type with standardized fields and workflows.

Benefit: This update reduces manual setup and errors while improving governance, visibility, and data consistency, providing admins with tighter control over how events are initiated and users with a faster, policy-aligned way to launch events.

Date Change: Vendor Sourcing from Meeting Requests

Expected Release Date: TBD

We communicated previously that we've added the Vendor Marketplace powered by Reposite to Meeting Requests, and planners/sourcing agents can start vendor sourcing directly from a submitted meeting request. This is still upcoming in the near future, but we will be pushing the release date out from December 17th. Here is the link to the detailed release note.
