    Trade Show Solutions Releases for April 8, 2026

      Reminder: The Jifflenow release dates will have slightly different launch dates from the Cvent cadence in the near future, as we continue to align product release development work. This week's post features two Jifflenow releases and an iCapture date change.

      Jifflenow

      View Full Attendee Details in Meetings Workflow

      Expected Release Date: 4/3/2026

      View full attendee details in Jifflenow meetings with one click—no more flipping between systems.

      What's Changed:

      • You’ll see a new “View Full Details” option when you hover over an attendee in the meeting preview pane and on the meeting details page.

      • That view now shows both standard attendee fields and custom registration data together in one place.

      • This update is designed for internal users who manage and prepare for meetings in Jifflenow.

      Benefit: Preparing for meetings is now faster and easier. Instead of hunting through multiple systems, your team can see everything they need about an attendee in a single view—so they walk into every conversation better informed, and spend less time on manual lookups or retyping data into Jifflenow.

      Flexible Editing & Bulk Updates

      Expected Release Date: 4/3/2026

      Flexible mapping edits and bulk updates so your meetings can keep up with changing plans—without starting from scratch.

      What's Changed:

      1. Edit Mappings with Active Meetings: 
        Meeting Manager will be able to make changes to mappings even when active meetings are associated, enabling real-time adjustments to dates, times, participants, and locations.  

      2. Bulk Editing Capabilities: 
        A new bulk upload feature enables easy editing of existing mappings via CSV, drastically reducing manual efforts and operational rework. 

      3. Improved User Experience: 
        The user interface has been refined for better navigation and includes enhanced visibility of impacted meetings upon editing mappings. 

      4. Dynamic Notifications: 
        Mapping editors will be notified immediately about any meetings that may be impacted by mapping changes.

      Benefit:  

      • When schedules shift, or attendees change, you can quickly update mappings to reflect real-world needs—without rebuilding meetings or slowing down your teams.

      • Bulk editing via CSV drastically reduces manual updates and rework, freeing Meeting Managers to spend more time on strategy and less time on data cleanup.

      iCapture

      1. ZoomInfo integration for iCapture will now be released on April 8, 2026. You can read more about the release here.
